System explanation

Depending to the constructive and static requirements on the facade, we classify our substructure systems into three main groups:

Light - Simple and cost effective systems for lighter facades on lower levels, with normal wind loads. The key feature of this system group are the L-wall brackets and the T-profile or L-profile which are riveted in the slide points over slotted hole in the wall brackets and in the fixed point over the round holes. Light systems

Standard - Systems designed for higher constructive requirements and higher facades, strong wind loads or higher dead load. The characteristics of this group are the U- wall brackets and U-profiles or hat-profiles. The holding profiles get attached to the wall brackets with the sliding elements, which allow for bigger thermal movements, on the other hand, also for simplified assembly. The adjustment of the profiles is quick and easy and requires rivets in oblong holes without any constraining forces. The sliding element is riveted to the wall bracket. As a simplified version it can also be riveted in the available oblong holes. Standard systems

High - These systems allow the connection of larger lengths without the between supports. This enables the strengthened multiple compartment profiles and bigger wall brackets.
This system is indispensable in framing constructions without bearing masonry and buildings where the anchoring is only possible in the area of the story ceiling or for other reasons can’t be placed between the wall brackets. High systems
