Aluminium substructure

The length of the wall bracket is adjustable to the desired insulation thickness and compliance of the air gap. The anchoring of the substructure consists of approved dowel-/ screw combinations that quantity and dimensions based on a calculated detection. By anchoring reasons that are not included the renovations in the general building approval, must the extraction forces are determined by anchor pull tests. Taking in account the weight of the clothing element and the burden of wind suction plus the wind pressure, then the calculations can be made. The combination of wall brackets and support profile can be made by rivets or screws with training of fix and slide points. To minimize of head and thermal bridges our substructures are equipped with a thermal separation.

 

Insulation

Insulating panels made of glass or sheetrock are used for sound, fire and heat protection, are highly flexible and adapt to uneven walls. The insulating panels are mechanically fastened on the outer wall by plate anchors.
The use of dowels with depth stop limit can avoid thermal bridges. Bonding fixing is only allowed in exceptional cases. Insulation of window frame: If in a narrow cladding frame only minimal insulation thickness can be fitted, the mold growth is favored. Remedy can be done by object-related stuck or complete frames.

 

Air gap

The air gap between the front of the insulation panels and back of facade cladding is used to transfer construction moist or usage moist. The upper or lower facade conclusion can be made by a ventilation grille, if the rear-ventilation cross section is at least 200 cm²/m.

 

Facade cladding

  • Plate-shaped facade cladding with decorative surface. Blank according to desired format and joints. Material: e.g. fiber-reinforced resin composite and HPL-panels, sheets of wood and fiber cement.
  • Covering element made of material such as wood, glass, porcelain stoneware, natural stone, natural panels made of fiber and wood cement, which are architecturally creative, partly material-specific maximum dimensions.
  • Carrier panels systems with jointless plastered surface
  • Structure: substructure – fixed panels – reinforcement layer – jointless plaster, e.g. all decorative plaster.  Not only is the application of plaster possible but with porcelain or glass is as well.  Only to be used as closed systems.
  • Plates that are not only two-dimensional, but over the depth are also have a three-dimensional effect.
  • Molded parts are for example panels, cassettes, diamonds and rhombuses.
  • Materials: steel, aluminum, aluminum composite panels. Especially for renovation of monument conservation, there are copper or titanium zinc panels, also pre-patinated and pre-weathered.

 

Facade greening

In coordination with constructive and gardening between the components of the facade and the growth characteristics of the climbing plants, rear-ventilated façade can be planted.
Plants: All Climbers, climbing plants and pliable climbing stems.
Not suitable are plants with light-fleeing instincts that can grow behind the construction and cause damages.
Dimensioning of clothing according to the weight of climbing aid, distance from the wall to expected plant weight, recover of wind suction and wind pressure.

 

Lightning

An aluminum sub-structure assumes a low-cost building, even in electrically non-conductive materials such as porcelain or stoneware. By a missing cross profile, an additional cross-connection can be riveted.
